Earlier the scheme benefit is only for those whose family income is below Rs 5 lakh per annum. Now, this criteria has been removed by govt of India for the Inter-Caste Marriage benefit under the observation of Mr Nadenra Modi.

The scheme of Inter-Caste Marriage is launched to give protection to couples who face problems during the Inter-Caste Marriage. The govt has removed the criteria of income of more than Rs 5 Lakh from Inter-Caste Marriage. Anyone who is going to marry a Dalit Caste person can apply for the Inter-Caste Marriage Scheme in India.
The applicants can submit the application forms for the Inter-Caste Marriage scheme online or offline. You have to submit the marriage certificate and Aadgar Card of both of the persons during the submission of the form. The scheme will be under the Hindu Marriage Act and the couples who are seeking benefits under Inter-Caste Marriage are required to apply for the benefit within one year of the marriage. The person should have a joint bank account.

- Then, verification of the data provided by you will be done by a government official.
