  • The person who has farming equipment like a tractor
  • A person who has a Kissan Card of limit Rupees 50000 
  • A person who is entrusted by govt
  • A person with a monthly income of more than Rupees 10000
  • A person who is having a fridge or landline
  • A person with land more than 5 acres

How to Check Eligibility for an ABHA Card?

The person who wants to apply for the Ayushman Bharat Health Card should first verify his eligibility for the ABHA card. 

  1. Visit the portal of PMJAY.
  2. Now, see the link of AM I Eligible, click on that, and a form will open.
  3. The form will ask you for the phone number and a captcha value.
  4. When you write the mobile number and captach and then submit the form.
  5. You will receive an OTP, write it in the proper place.
  6. Fill out the rest of the Ayushman Bharat Health Card eligibility form.
  7. You have to write the income proof in the ABHA form.
  8. Then submit the form.

How to Apply For Ayushman Bharat Health Card 

Applying for Ayushman Bharat Health Card is a simple process as explained below. 

  1. The applicants are required to move to the PMJAY web portal.
  2. You should have the Aadhar Card Number to apply for the ABHA Card.
  3. Write the Aadhar Card number.
  4. You will get the OTP on the mobile number.
  5. Write the digits of OTP in the form.
  6. Fill out the rest of the ABHA form with the correct details.
  7. Secure the docs/pics with the Ayushman Bharat Health Card form.
  8. Tap on the submit button when all the info is filled.
