YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024

YEIDA Plot Scheme Eligibility Criteria
Only candidates who meet the requirements listed below are eligible to apply for the YEIDA scheme:
- The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
- There should have been no additional plots or apartments awarded to the applicant in the past.
- For consideration, the candidate must be able to enter into contracts, possess sound judgment, and not be prohibited from conducting business by any relevant laws.
- The candidate must be older than 18 years old.
- Applications for a plot or apartment are only accepted from the applicant, his or her spouse, and any dependent children.
